  1. the bill of rights is the first ten amendments.  The signers of th constitution refused to sign until they were there. They are limits on the federal gov't by the States.  Congress shall make no law establishing nor denying religion, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.....  See more at http://www.heritage.org/Research/Thought...

  2. Kindly contact the Heritage Foundation at 1-800-546-2843. They will gladly send you, for free, a pocket sized copy of the declaration of independence and the constitution of the United States. Every citizen should have at least one copy in their homes. They should even be used in our taxpayer funded public schools. Home school, Parochial and most private schools still have them as part of their grade school curriculum. Unfortunately, due to media bias, most people seem to think that the declaration of independence starts with the words "We hold these truths to be self evident..." It does not!!! The very first paragraph is most important and I will not type it here. Do your homework and you may learn much.

  3. The rights that a government should never be allowed to take away from its people.

  4. sir

you have to read it first

you must know what rights you have

  5. The "Bill of Rights are the first 10 Amendments to the US Constitution. Read up on them in any good history book or read the US Constitution and all of the Amendments to it. It should take about an hour to read. It will take a lifetime to appreciate and understand.
