What is the Business Partner ship between BCCI & IPL Franchise Owners?

Question

Does any body know the whole Business Partnership between IPL Franchise Owners and BCCI. Are BCCI and/or Franchise owners open for public to invest into it. What are some of the main revenue streams and cost involved in it and what is the short term and long term Profitabilty scope? Also with total players salary between 1 to 2% of the whole Franchise cost (they donot even have any tangible assets such as stadium etc), Why the Franchise cost is so high? Also What is the minimum salary requirement for so called non big players.
