What is the CONCESSION FEE as it applies to fund management?

there are a gazillion fees hidden within my 401k, this one I do not understand

I've been investing for 20 yrs now, and I have never heard of a concession fee.  Having said that, I don't worry about individual fee's.  I just worry about the overall expense fee.  The small fees that go into this, are not a big concern.  Who is your 401k provider - Fidelity, Vanguard, Trowe Price, American funds, etc??
