What is the Cheapest Month to Travel to Honduras?

I want to take a cheap vacation to San Pedro Sula. Please advice.

Most likely July, August, or Sept. since that is the hottest time of the year and there will be fewer tourists.  If you come in Sept. be aware that the15th is Independence Day here and most of Honduras celebrates for the entire week.

June, July, and August are some of the MOST EXPENSIVE times to travel to Honduras. This is due to churches sending mission teams to Honduras during summer break and international students traveling to/from home. There are so few flights that go to Honduras (compared to neighboring countries) which causes demand to be up and supply to be down.

I have traveled between the US and Honduras several times over the past 8 years or so (on several different airlines) and from my experience the cheapest months to travel are February and October. Once I was able to purchase a ticket on TACA for $109 round trip for travel in February. Granted that was many years ago but you can find much better deals in February and October.  

If the flights are out of your price range consider looking into flights to San Salvador and taking a bus to SPS. I've done that before and saved a few hundred dollars. A bus trip will cost you about $60, if I remember correctly. Just keep in mind that the trip will take longer so you will either loose time in SPS or need to extend your trip a few extra days.

Taca Airline. After Fridays plane crash in Honduras tickes went down . You gan go for about $400 round trip.
