  1. Try sidestep.com to compate the fares.  I'd try NYC, DC, Atlanta and Chicago.  I bet NYC is the cheapest.


  2. Depends on the when & what's realistically close to you, but Philly, NYC & DC are the cheapest.   But, it's least the actual city & depends more on what airline you travel on.
