would anyone happen to know what the chinese(or japanese) symbol is for the word "Wild"?

i found two versions of one symbol on the internet and one was upside down and the other one was the other way.. and im not sure witch way is right

i want to get a tattoo with this symbol so i want to know the right way to put it or the right symbol

狂 is wild as in rebellious, not caring and obeying rules

野 is wild as in barbaric, uncivilized.
