thats what i found in online dictionaries

about pronounciation i only found how to pronounce yīng in a german<-->chinese dict

write "baby" and click on [Suche]

then click on the speaker beside yīng

dont know if its correct but thats what i found in the internet,

宝宝 (bao-bao) or 宝贝 (bao-bay) are the only two I know of that are used.

Anything you come across with 'wa' in part of the answer is wrong, because that refers to a doll.
