What is the DRUG droplet eye solution they put in your eyes at the EYE CLINIC that makes your PUPILS real big?

it makes your eyes dialate and your pupils big so the physician can use a microscope to look in the back of your eyes to the retena that makes it so you can see everything....

what is this drug called and can it get you HIGH? I'm interested in the high part because I don't belive in drugs but i think this sort of stuff is interesting......
