  1. Yes, taxes are different for motorbikes and cars.

Do you read any Danish at all? There are some pages on the official tax homepage of Denmark that would be helpful to you, but they appear to be in Danish only:

General about importing motorbikes and cars:

    http://www.skat.dk/SKAT.aspx?oId=1526179...

A calculator that will give you an estimate of how much you need to pay to get your car registered in Denmark:

    http://www.skat.dk/SKAT.aspx?oID=1755101

    Quick translation of the calculator:

    - First column you pick the vehicle type (a normal car is "personbil", a motorbike is "motorcykel".

    - second column: original price from new including VAT and taxes (Danish price, look up Danish car dealers to get an approximate idea of this figure).

    - current market price in Denmark (again look up Danish car dealers to get a approx. figure).

    - Type of fuel (gasoline/petrol or diesel)

    - How many km/litre the vehicle runs.

    - number of seatbelt alarms

    - number of airbags

    - particle filter

    - ABS breaks

    - Radio

    - 5 EuroNCap stars

    - ESP/ESC

EDIT: I forgot. The name is "Registreringsafgift" or "Registreringsafgift på motorkøretøj".
