  1. ''mesh'' is made of many things thrown into the pot made of dried clay.

the pot is placed in a corner of the kitchen .

every time she has an ingredient that fits , she puts it in the pot , esp,

all kinds of cheese ,and  red chillis .

after a few days , you can start helping yourself of this homemade

    appetizer .

the older it stands , the tastier it becomes .

if the housewife is dirty , she doesnt close the tip of the pot properly .

this would allow flies to stand  , egg , and produce worms .

    this is too bad !

we should eat Mesh without worms , healthier .

  2. It is a kind of very old salty white cheese.  They always say "mesh bedoudou" meaning with worms as a figure of speech to show that it is very old cheese.  The older the better!

  3. it is mainly salted milk,,kepton insulated from air

  4. no i dont

  5. yugert and feta cheese i guess!!

and maybe orange crust with green pepper.

leave it three days outside at the sun...... and u'll find snakes no only worms :P lol

  6. It's collection of old cheese, yogurt, lots of red dried chili pepper and salt. Keep it in a special shape of pottery pot and leave it in dry place several days to dry all its solutions. The older it gets the better it is.

It might contain worms if the pottery isn't clean, or if it was kept in a dirty place with insects and such.

I love it btw, only if it's from my trusted supermarket... most of 'Mesh' contains worms unless you get it from a special and trusted place.

I'm half vegetarian, so i don't prefer protein (especially worms) in my cheese ........ loool
