It's a white vegetable/root that in Greek is called 'Kouloumbra'. I hope I spelt that rightI I know they have it in Cyprus, but I haven't checked for it elsewhere. However, whenever I try to explain to non-greek speaking people what it is, I don't know the English name. Is there one and if so, what is it called?
