What is the Filthiest, nastiest restrant u ever were in?

This Chinese restaurant on Oahu.  It was in an old building on the bottom floor and everything looked great in the dining room.  The food was decent but when I had asked to see the kitchen I couldn't believe what I saw.  That was the last time I ate there!

I think the place was called Taco Via in Westport. (Kansas City) I should have run away when I saw how dirty it was, but I ordered food to go.  I got food poisoning.  When I called the city inspector to notify them, they knew exactly where the place was and were not surprised at all that I got sick!

They offered me a free meal. Like I am ever eating THERE again!  There is a reason their food is so cheap....

Second dirtiest place was McDonalds on the north end of the strip in Vegas. (Closest to downtown)  It was filthy, but the food was fine.

well its a fast food place but a mcdonalds in pennsylvania...there was a bird flying around and hairs in the food and a worker was sick with a cold and cough

KFC, I got a order to go and when I got home I found a roach in the gravy. I called and spoke with the manager and all she did was apologise and offered to mail me some free coupons. I told her to keep her coupons because I was never coming back.

A McDonald's which has since closed down.  Trash all over the counter, tables, and floor.  Also graffiti drawn & scratched all over the place.

It had an "A" rating.  Ever since seeing this, I feel the inspectors are open to bribes.

Taco Bell on Addison and Western in Chicago (now closed down).  When I was ordering, I saw 2 roaches crawling on the counter by the cash register - I kid you not!

Taco Bell or Starbucks in N.Y. In taco bell there were bugs on the floor, and there was a hair in my bean burrito. It was SO disgusting.

In Starbucks, someone went to the bathroom on the bathroom floor. I never want to go there again!!

Two come into mind:

One was a Brazilian BBQ place in Shenzhen China, and cockroaches were crawling up the legs of the tables onto the tables. At this place I wanted to run out screaming, go home and take off my clothes and shake them out.  However the people I was with, were trying to act cool with is so I was doing my best to "fit-in". They were from NYC and DC and I think had seen that sort of filth before

the other was a side street vendor next to a train station in Guangzhou China.... I changed my mind when I saw the food was not being served hot enough.

Dude, it was a Del Taco in LA. No lie, I swear!

Crusty, petrified ketchup on the seats, napkins and wrappers on the floor, NO BATHROOM CLEAN-UP, and 45-ish looking guys talking to their imaginary brothers in the corner in the dark. That kinda freaked me out.

Luckily, there was a Jack in the Box across the street. That didn't smell like mold.

Ick!! I was young so I can't remember what the place was called. It was a seafood place with poor service and it was gross and dingy. I could've swore I saw roaches around the kitchen door. A few weeks later they were closed down because they found a dead animal in the kitchen! They say it was a cow or something. (I don't see why, it was a seafood restaurant!) Now I'm very picky about where and what I eat.
