okay i have to go out to eat today with my mom for lunch.

my choices are panera bread, qdoba, and yang kee noodle asian cafe.

i need the healthiest, lowest calorie, lowest fat, and lowest sodium meal. but i really do NOT want any salad or any type of salad. ive had those too much lately haha.

i also want to know if you know the entire calorie count estimated for the choices ive made because ive tried to make them healthier!!!

thanks, okay so :

-the full sandwich at panera: 98% fat free turkey, lettuce, tomato, mustard on honey wheat bread. with a side of an apple

-half sandwich at panera: turkey, lettuce, tomato, mustard on honey wheat bred. with a half orchard harvest salad (no cheese on it and fat free raspberry dressing on the side), with an apple.

-and if we go to qdoba, half of the chicken burrito with grilled chicken, a little cheese, lettuce, tomatoes.

-qdoba: two soft taco with chicken, lettuce, little cheese and sour cream. and a side of black beans

thats my ideas...do you know anything thats healthier or a better choice? r which one is best.

sorry so many questions

thanks

(:

  1. I would say the full sandwich. Even though they are all pretty healthy.

    Have fun!!

  2. The full sandwich is 480 calories, half sandwhich with half salad is 450 calories, as for the chicken burrito it's 890 calories, and two soft tacos and beans is 450 calories.

  3. http://www.panerabread.com/pdf/nutr-guid...

    http://www.qdoba.com/MenuItem.aspx?p=hea...

    Both have nutrtioal info online!

  4. full or half panera

  5. the full sandwich at panera

I would say theres about 200 calories in that

  6. either one from panera would be a lot better than a lot of thing from qudoba.  i would probably go with the full sandwhich

  7. qdoba: two soft taco with chicken, lettuce, little cheese and sour cream. and a side of black beans

    or

-the full sandwich at panera: 98% fat free turkey, lettuce, tomato, mustard on honey wheat bread. with a side of an apple

    SOUNDS YUMMY!

  8. panera bread hands down

    and its yummy :)

  9. My answer is that if you think you will be in a social setting where you feel inclined to eat more calories than you want, just eat slowly, what would be appropriate, and plan a way to burn it off.  Ultimately, it all boils down to the amount you intake opposed to the amount you burn. It's better for you to exercise than deny yourself calories, anyway.
