What is the Harbour Club at HSBC Arena?

I might buy some tickets in section 105 within the first five rows. These tickets include the Harbour Club. Is this something to get excited about?

The last Sabres game I went to we had access to the Harbour Club. It was a nice feature, good food and drinks. The food was better, the service was better and there was no wait compared to buying warm beer from the vendors when you sit in the nose bleeds. You can also still see the ice if you sit in their dining room. It's also pretty posh looking.

But, we hardly used it other then to buy some drinks because the seats in that section are really good and we didn't want to miss anything.
