If a company has an advertising agency and the agency buys a domain for one of their clients, whose name should the domain be registered as?

  1. There are three contacts for a domain: Billing, Technical and Administrative. The client should be listed as the Administrative contact in case they ever decide to go with another agency. Not doing so would be "in bad faith" as a vendor. The Technical contact can be the party responsible for maintaining the website, and/or the email provider.
