    judicial-- supreme court, federal court system

    The House of Representatives is called the lower house, and has a progressive representation based on State population, determined by census. (That's why we have them every ten years, NOT to ask lots of silly irrelevant questions.)

    The Senate has two representatives from each state, so that small states will be equally represented with large ones.
