I just got hired for a security job which i will have to pay for the training course for the security certificate because i don't have a security license. The employer says that the minimal pay is $8.75 an hour, is that true or a rip off because people told me the minimal pay is $12.00 starting off, is that true. Thanks alot guys for the help!

u shld be getting more than minimum wage and that training shld be at least half sponsored.

pl check with several guys working there.  wait outside the blding, quietly chat up one of them and get the info.
