What is the Mohnton Navy Ship Yard?

I know there was never really a Navy Yard in Mohnton, Pa but how did this story get started? And whats the thing about a sub?

G-K services which has something to do with Galileo ship yard has a Goverment contract, I don't know what` it's for.  Check out Goverment Contracts.
