Dont buy anything you dont really need, try not to waste food, instead of using the car, walk a bit more, cut down on how much you use your washer, get yourself an allotment, dont go on holiday in an aeroplane, go on a cycle trip instead, with a tent

Stop wasting resources... electricity, gas, oil, food.  Don't support the production of synthetics, plastics, they're clogging the world's oceans. Stop buying unnecessary 'stuff'.  That means just about anything.  Grow what you eat.  Become a vegan.  Start a compost pile.  No chemicals.  And most of all, don't reproduce.

lay off the chemicals especially aerosol spray cans-their the worst and plant something if you have a small garden or even get a potted plant
