It seems that after a medication gets approved for being over the counter, the steroid process seems to be omitted.

What is the merit to including steroids?

Aren't there dangers in using steroids?

Thanks for answering!

The anabolic steroids are congeners of testosterone having differing potencies to its natural form. these anabolic steroids are used in patients with testicular failure and in certain patients with breast cancer. in certain instances these may also be used in attaining a higher muscle mass (strict indication)
