Secondary? QB? Kicker? losing Strahan/DE? Tumor?

I'm very interested to see them this year... I wonder what will happen. Are they gonna repeat?

  1. they beat the patriots so nothing is wrong :P

  2. Even without Strahan they still have one of the better D lines in the game with Justin Tuck as a possible successor to Strahan and Mathias Kiwunaka coming back from injury. Eli will carry over his play off success into the regular season and they drafted Kenny Phillips to help sure up the secondary. Gotta go with the kicker Lawerence Tynes as their weakness. They won't repeat but they will make the playoffs

  3. 1. Depth @ DB - If you lose Eli for any length of time, good luck making the playoffs. Carr is decent, but the Texans throwing him in to the game so early did hurt his progress to become a great QB.

    2. DT - Giants are very succeptable to a power running game. Especially with the new and young DT's on the line.

    3.  Overconfidence - Hopefully the Giants will realize that that Super Bowl win is long gone, and that this is a new season.

  4. Strahan/DE.

They where able to plug in another RB when Barber left.  They didn't lose much in the net change.  However they don't have a prayer doing the same with Strahan.  Big-Time play making Defensive Ends are as hard to find as franchise QBs.

Expect to see opposing QBs sitting alot more comfortable in the pocket, and the secondary paying for it.
