  1. The flop is three cards.

The odds second card of the flop will match the first card of the flop is 12/51 = 0.2353 = 23.53%

The odds the second card of the flop will not match the first card of the flop is 1 - 0.2353 = 0.7647 = 76.47%

If the first two cards of the flop match the odds the third card of the flop will also match is 12/51 x 11/50 = 0.0512 or 5.12%

If the first two cards of the flop do not match the odds of the third card matching one of the first two cards is

    (1 - 0.2353) x (24/50) = 36.71%

That makes the odds of exactly two cards of the flop matching = 23.53% + 36.71% - 5.12% = 55.12%

The odds of at least two cards of the flop matching are 23.53% + 36.71% = 60.24% since there is a 5.12% chance of all three cards in the flop matching.
