               looks  Porsche 911 Carrera 4 but I am not sure.

It is a 996 Twin Turbo which is in the 911 Series, made from 2000 to 2004. 996TT's can be identified by the large inlets on the front end, the inter cooler inlets forward of the rear wheel, the inter cooler outlets behind the rear wheel. Maybe not at the .35 second mark, but later on 1:06 seconds the #19 car reveals itself, for sure a 996TT. Non-Turbo started in 1997.
