I had my documents authenticated at the DFA last June 2009. I want to know if its still valid because this is a prerequisite for my employment to UAE.

i have a problem with my surname.UAE Embassy is asking for supporting document like affidavit that will prove that my name was being corrected already from CHED and the school were i graduated.Now its the second time that they return my documents because they are asking for another affidavit.Im so worried now coz i need it urgently.they said it takes a1 month for this.Is there anyone who had this kind of problem that can help me.

After you got your nso birth certificate, nso cenomar or marriage certificate, and nbi(depends on your company) go to your nearest dhl outlet. 1 document-P1,700.00 for uae em. + 435 for dhl= P2,135. 2 documents- P3,400.00 for uae em. + 435 for dhl= P3,835. and 3 documents P5,100.00 for uae em. + 435 for dhl= P5,535. that's only based on my province here in pampanga.. Just go to the nearest dhl outlet in your province to make sure.. I think it takes 1 to 2 weeks, and you will pick up the documents also in dhl outlet and it will not deliver on your house..

about the diploma and transcript authentication.. bring your diploma and tor in your school for them to be xerox and stamp with "certified true xerox copy" after that go to ched if your college graduate, tesda if your vocational graduate and deped if your high school graduate.. give them your diploma and tor. then you will pay P30 pesos. im not sure if its 1-2 weeks. but dont worry you will see in the receipt when you will get your diploma and tor authentication. after that, go to nearest dhl and give them your receipt and pay P100 for dfa red ribbon and also you will pay to dhl delivery.. they will give you a date when you will get your document. i think its 1-2 weeks.
