What is the Rosetta Stone V3 vs.V2 difference?

Question

If I buy the Rosetta Stone V3 program used will the application disk still work? I thought it would only work on one computer. Would my V2 application disk work with V3? I just don't want to buy disks that will not work or pay 500+ for the new program. I have one lesson but would like to continue with it.

V3 should be able to handle V2 disks, but not vice versa.
