What is the Scientific Name for the Southeast Texas Wildflower (Pic included)?

i was taking a walk and i saw this flower...anyone know anything about it? when i picked it, i noticed it was very sappy at the breakage point.

    Hard to say on the flower alone - but it definitely is some Allium
