  1. That is not a concept which exists in any Spanish-speaking country that I know of, so you might have to explain, rather than using a simple translation.


  2. The Spanish equivalent of tenure is :nombramiento. Keep in mind when translating from one language to another, we don't translate words but rather ideas. That's why I hear people say " so and so told me it meant....."  The truth has been spoken We must understand the idea before we can say wrong or right

  3. Of course the concept exists.

    The term is interinidad and is used for professors generally, but could be applied to teachers as well.

    For the example sentence it would be applied as so...

    " La maestra obtuvo su interinidad."

    I'm mexican speak and write in spanish and no that word we do not have in our vocabulary i thought you meant TO HAVE but that is not it
