Bacardi 151 for sure. It's pretty much the highest alcohol content you can buy in the US. It's 151 proof, which is like 75% alcohol. And then there's always Everclear, but that's harder to get.

You can get stuff that is close to 100% alcohol but it is illegal in a lot of states so the highest percent you can get is about 75.5% and Bacardi 151 is the thing to buy for that.

yep Everclear. for reasons stated. Most liquor stores sell it in my exp. although i wouldnt be surprised if alot of states banned it. Its really nothing to play around with, nobody drinks it outside of some crappy punch concoction, and even in that the stuff can leave an unpleasent bite. Its mainly a tool for frat guys to get girls into compromising situations. the stuff is generally good for nothing cept to try and save money and sending you praying to the porcelain god way sooner than you meant to.

The highest proof (% alcohol) liquor is going to be grain alcohol, and the most common brand of that, as mentioned above, is Everclear. Grain alcohols are usually in the 90% range, which is so high that they're illegal in some states. There are a few other brands, but they're not nearly as well known.

The highest alcohol content possible is found in industrial ethanol, some of which approaches 99.0%. These aren't liquor, though, because the chemical agents used to get the last bits of water out are highly toxic and the process gets expensive.

As for "moonshine" that someone mentioned: Corn liquor is just grain alcohol from corn and sugar. The alcohol content is usually higher than legal whisky (legal = 40-50% usually), but anyone claiming that it gets higher than Everclear are full of c**p. There are legal moonshine brands on the market (Georgia Moon, JD Corn, etc) and they all run at 100 to 120 proof max (50-60% alcohol). VIrginia Lightning, for example, is 100 proof (50% alcohol). The owners turned a history of moonshine into a legal product.
