What is the TDS rate on repair & maintenance on building ? ?

i have got a bill of repair & maintence on building of Rs 5618.00 (service Tax Rs. 618.00) including service tax . how much will i deduct TDS on 5618.00.will i deduct TDS on 5000.00 (excluding Service tax) or Rs 5618.00 (including Service tax). Suggest me.

If your case it is TDS deduction for contractor. The TDS rate is 2.06% and you deduct TDS only if  any contract value exceeds Rs 20,000 or Rs. 50,000 in the aggregate during the financial year.
