For technical support you can call them at 310-TECH (8324) or 1-877-310-TECH (8324). There is no charge for obtaining assistance from telus for basic internet troubleshooting. You can also e-mail them at [e-mail] or chat with an agent at http://www.telus.com/chat/ (I recommend the latter methods as calling them can bring you through a maze of prompts and disenchanted agents)
