What is the ULTIMATE shower-glass descaler?

We have hard water with a fair bit of calcium and our glass shower door is getting cloudy with the scaling. We've tried all the Vims, Bams, CLR and a host of others, but nothing seems to do the job. Can you help??

Try cutting a lemon in half, and rubbing it over the glass shower door as you would a scouring sponge.  Also, you may want to try putting some vinegar into a spray bottle and applying it to the shower door. Wipe and rinse.
