What is the VNC Password on a Windows Computer?

I got this app for my iPod Touch called "VNC Mocha Lite". To connect I have to put a VNC Server IP address, the VNC Server Port, and the VNC password. And I need to know where I can find out what it is and where I can find it.

You need to be running a VNC server on your Windows machine such as RealVNC or TightVNC. After you install it it should be self explanatory.
