I am getting a 600 year or so old Oak cut down due to the insurance companies not insuring me if I kept it as its causing subsidance in my house and those around me.

I was wondering if I got it cut down how I could go about selling the oakwood to a sawmill and roughly what it would be worth?

The tree is vast so hard to say measurements, i'd say enough to rebuild the Mary Rose...
