What is the White plastic safety piece called that goes over the WIRES on a lawnmower and how to fix it?

Hi, can you please tell me what the little white plastic safety cap is called that goes over the END of the wire on the lawnmower were you plug in the charger ?

It broke off and is gone, and we cant charge the battery!!

Do you know what its called or how to fix this? This is the part that connects the to the KEY to turn it to start the lawnmower with a key instead of the string you pull...

It sounds as if you might be refering to either some heat shrink tubing (insulation) or  a crimp connector.  Of you look in the owner's manual for the lawnmower, they typically include a diagram listing every nut, bolt & connector for the lawnmower.  You may be able to identify exactly what the component is called looking at this drawing and contact the manufacturer or a local repair shop to order a replacement part.
