What is the absolute WORST consequence?

What is the absolute WORST consequence (jail time) I can get ASSUMING that I (a 19-year old college student with no record) pointed a REGISTERED gun from INSIDE my house at someone who was on my property and after asking them numerous amounts of times to get off they just said to "F*ck off". I did NOT do this but I need to know worst-case scenario if my lawyer can't prove that they're lying???

Why is this an issue, if you're telling the whole story? If you are holding a firearm registered to your name [Hmm?], and warning  trespassers off of your property and/or in defence of your person, where is this a crime?  Is this in some pinko state like NY or Mass.?  I just don't really see a crime here...unless there's a big chunk you're leaving out.

uh...little different story this time than last. I'd guess 6 months as a worst case.

The WORST case. The court requested a mental evaluation and the shrink reports that you are a menace to society.

The worst likely outcome. You will be charged with a class B or C felony. If convicted you would probobly serve minimum jail time. The bad part comes afterwards. You can no longer posess firearms (registered or not), you can't vote, it will be harder to travel overseas, it will be harder finding a job, etc. etc.
