What is the actual Oregon buyers remorse laws? What do they really cover?

I overheard a man saying he was returning a shirt, to a store that usually just does store credit for a refund, under the buyers 3 day remorse law. Is there such a thing for that situation? Or was he making it up just to get a refund?

I am locked into a $2,000 contract at a tan and spa facility that i was mis-lead on (because of ingrediants in a supplement that I am allergic to) and this was not dis-closed to me until AFTER I signed and my credit card was charged. I told them the next day and didn't use any of their services and wanted my card credited back and they refused! Said I had to take store credit or do a plan I was NOT interested in! Does buyer's remorse apply to this situation?  Help!!!!
