    Best wishes :)***

  3. Vulcan Nerve Pinch

  4. I know that Dim Mak is the pressure-point one, mainly concerning death-touches...

I don't think it could be classified as a whole martial-art to itself though.

  5. pressure points Lol a kick to the head works just fine or a knee to the head or nuts choking them unconscious or breaking their arm

  6. I have no clue. Try googling it.

  7. Pressure point fighting is known by many names. The Japanese have several names for it including Atemi Waza and Kyusho Jitsu. The Chinese often call pressure point fighting Dim Mak. I have heard other American names for it such as Poison Hands and Poison Touch. Atemi is found in many different styles of Jujitsu, Kempo, and Kung Fu.

  8. ksnake10 is right, there are dozens of different names for and styles of pressure point striking. Many of them are just contained in small bits and pieces in many other systems and styles. In Chinese martial arts in particular it is very prevalent and found in most styles to some degree or another. Mantis system for instance is filled with pressure point/nerve/ vital strikes. There is a form of mantis called the pick and play mantis and it is filled with them. There are also a fair number in crane, snake, dragon, leopard and tiger. Although many of them in tiger are more of pressure point manipulation through pressing or squeezing as opposed to striking. Many Japanese karate styles have pressure points built into them in much the same way.

Pressure point striking is an extremely difficult art to get training in and even more difficult to pull off, but it absolutely does work. My instructor made me take 2 before he would teach me any so that I would understand the effects it would have if I ever actually used it on someone. A lot of people talk trash about what they have never seen or done themselves, but once you've experienced it you know better.

As a last though consider this, many of the Gracie's now famous challenge matches banned pressure point manipulation and MMA world wide still bans the usage of them. So for those who say it's BS, I say you are BS for being hide and ego bound by your style. You should at least have the intelligence and open mindedness to explore something like this for yourself before judging it.

  9. its called dim mak, but its highly ineffective in real life

  10. Kyusho Jitsu, Tuite Jutsu, Dian Xue, Ryukyu Kempo, Dim Hsueh, Dim Mak are the most common names.
