  2. Admittance is the reciprocal of impedance. The impedance of an inductance L at angular frequency w is Z = jwL, so its admittance is Y = 1/(jwL) = -j/(wL).

    By a "7 ohm inductor" I assume you mean one that has an impedance of magnitude |Z| = 7 ohms at a particular frequency. The admittance is then of magnitude |Y| = 1/7 ohm at that frequency.
