What is the address format for Greece?

i'm sending this to a village in pilion... is this the correct address format?

Make sure you write GREECE in capital letters, because at the post office they might just see the 5-digit code and send it to that zip code in US.  (It's happened to me.)  

The postage you will need for a letter is 94 cents.
