  1. It is almost good. It should be like this:

rm 555, bob smith house, blue fish estate,

    tuen mun, NT

    Hong Kong

EDIT: Your address is incorrect, why does your address have 3 hong kongs in there? All you need is one.

rm 555, bob smith house, blue fish estate, tuen mun

    hong kong, hong kong

    777

    Hong Kong

Basically it is Room 555 ( that implies as 5th floor), Bob Smith House (That's the building), Blue Fish Estate(That's the estate)

Tuen Mun(an area in Hong Kong), NT(New Territory, a district)

    Hong Kong

There shouldn't be another number 777

EDIT 2: 852?? That's probably the country code of a phone number! 852 is the code for Hong Kong. For example, a phone number is 852-25251252, of course, in Hong Kong, you don't have to dial 852 but if you were dial it from Canada, then 852 would be used.

A buyer must have given you a phone number too right? I think that's what the 852 is for.

If you want, email the actual address so I can take a look.
