  1. Las Nereidas Avenue (aka Road #888). I don't know the number, but when you get to town just ask around. Cataño ain't that big and you'll find it easily. It's right next to the public transportation terminal.

About the parking, we'll I don't really know. I haven't parked there in 5+ years. But my guess is it's a private parking, exclusive to the ferry users & employees

  2. It is very safe, at least while the ferry (lancha) is on working hours... I wouldnt leave the car there overnight..

  3. The Ferry od "Lanchas de Cataño" are near the end of the Las Nereidas Avenue, next of the public transportation terminal. The parking has an area for passengers' cars (you pay a fee to parkm there) and it has a fence around it and one employee at the entrance.  there are also Municipal Police around the Ferry Station.

My uncle who lived at Bayamon, and worked at Old San Juan used to park there and take the "lancha" to get to work.
