If you write or send a card to Prince William, will he write back? I doubt it. However, an acquaintance of mine once sent a card to Princess Diana and received a note from someone on her staff, so you might get some reply.

I would send it to the British Embassy in Washington,D.C. and they will forward it to  St. James Palace.
