What is the adjective used to describe a person who likes to dress like other people?

I think it's considered a fetish. When one enjoys pretending they are someone else, dressing the part. One who likes to wear all sorts of costumes, wigs, accessories etc...

I can't think of this word and it's bothering the heck out of me, help!
