What is the advantage of having a UV LED flashlight compared to a regular LED flashlight?

I had a regular 51 white LED flashlight that i got off ebay. and it worked just fine, I'm going to buy another led flashlight i'll be using it for camping and around the house. does a UV LED flashlight create more light or can you see better?

UV or ultraviolet is not visible to human eyes.  Buying a UV flashlight won't be any use if you want to see something.  UV flashlights are frequently used to make hidden marks glow so they become visible.  There are marks like this in the new bills and on passports and things like that.  But you're not seeing the UV directly, just the glow caused by the UV.  See the wiki article at the link below.

Without the specific model, its hard to say, only some UV flashlights will produce both UV and normal light, others will only produce UV. Again, the light output would be determined by the manufacturer!
