What is the advantage of having most of the chlorophyll

in cells near the top of the leaf ?

  1. so that more light reaches them for photosynthesis.


  2. The advantage is that when the leaves are exposed to the sunlight the chlorophyll pigments directly capture sunlight for doing photosynthesis.....
