14 is the age of consent to MARRY if and only if you have the permission of BOTH parents. Is this that same question from Dwight and others who asked about women all over colombia and nattered on about how Joseph was older than Mary and that God forordained way older men to have s*x with much younger women? If so, times have changed and in Colombia, if you are oh say, 28 like the previous asker, and wanted to date sub 16 YO women, you would find an angry father with a machete. Find women your own age. No matter WHAT the law is in Colombia its NOT culturally acceptable.
