  1. Usually servers will have to be at least 18 because Friday's serves Alcohol.  I am not sure about the bussers,  I work at another large restaurant chain and the hosts buss the tables and they have to be atleast 16 because of the child labor laws in our state.  the best way to find out would be to ask.
