  1. 650ml of beers will contain about less than 8%v/v

  2. is it a bottle, can or pint? but an average beer alcohol content is abou 2-5% depending on the beer

  3. it also depends on which state you are in.

  4. As the Mayor said, alcohol content is usually given by volume (ABV) rather than by weight (ABW). ABV = 1.25 ABW.

ABV ranges from the 3.2% slop served in Utah to almost 27% of Sam Adams' Utopias.

Whoever named "near beer" was a damned poor judge of distance.

  5. For starters most beer is rated by volume...not weight.

Next, on average you a standard domestic (or import for that matter) is 5% ABV for regular and around 4.2% for light. Ice beers will have slightly more...6% usually. Of course this is assuming that you are referring to macro domestics and not micro domestics. Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA is a domestic and it is 21% ABV.
