I would have to say Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail seems to have stood the test of time. And it was even made into an award winning Broadway musical, that was freakin' hilarious.

Although dumb and dumber comes in at a very close second.

The Pink Panther movies.  So many great scenes in all of them.

My faves are the one where he's giving Dreyfus CPR after he fell in the lake.  He's on top of him, pushing up and down and saying "in, out, in, out."  Then he gets whacked on the head by a nun or something who thinks he's a perv.

And the laughing gas scene where he's pretending to be a dentist.

And when his bladder (air bladder) gets over-pumped and the phone is ringing and he says "The bells!  The bells!"
