  1. Since testosterones is what makes a man masculine, males will usually have more of it than women, each with his own various amounts.


  2. In men it's about 300-1350 pg/dL or so, but this is variable per lab and the issue of protein binding muddies this a bit, but the levels I've provided are considered the normal range in men.  Women have physiologic levels on the order of 40x less serum testosterone.

  3. On average, an adult human male body produces about forty to sixty times more testosterone than an adult female body, but females are more sensitive to the hormone.
